Penny over Tix is a good call due to ease of obtaining copies and then moving on to pushing aspen and a different SL, because Eloise doesn’t need help getting 20 done. And on top of this, penny carries a ton better than Tix does in void and everywhere in general. She will pair with elo far better at E5 than Tix will.

There's no such a thing as a best PvE team. There's a best vortex team, RG team, tower team, Aspen heroes, ark boss team, etc... But you'll never find one team for all of the 200 game modes this game now has. By the way, stop making E3-E2 heroes. You wasted a ***** lot of fodder by doing so.
